We run a deliberately staged portfolio: producing assets that fund the business, and earlier-stage ground that replaces them.

Producing Plateau State

Jos Plateau Tin & Coltan

Our longest-running operation, working alluvial and eluvial ground on a belt with more than a century of recorded tin production.

Two washing plants feed a shared gravity circuit of jigs and shaking tables, with magnetic separation splitting cassiterite, columbite, tantalite and zircon into four separately saleable concentrates. Running to design capacity by the end of the current expansion.

Producing Nasarawa State

Nasarawa Lithium Line

Hard-rock spodumene extraction and on-site concentration in one of Nigeria's richest pegmatite fields.

Crushing, dense-media separation and hand sorting take run-of-mine pegmatite to a spodumene concentrate above 5% Li₂O. Feldspar and quartz are recovered as co-products from the same feed rather than sent to waste, which is what makes the economics work at this scale.

Development Kogi State

Kogi Lead–Zinc Concession

A sulphide concession on the Benue trough corridor, with a flotation plant now under commissioning.

The deposit carries galena and sphalerite in vein systems typical of the corridor. The flotation circuit is configured to produce two separate concentrates rather than a bulk product, which is the difference between a concentrate smelters bid for and one they merely accept.

Exploration Oyo State

Oyo Gemstone Survey

A systematic exploration programme across the pegmatite fields of the south-west.

Trenching and shallow drilling are mapping the pegmatite pockets that feed the alluvial gem workings in the area. Where a target proves out, extraction will be by hand mining, since mechanised recovery destroys more gem value than it saves.

How a site advances

Exploration to production, on a defined path.

A project only moves to the next stage when the previous one has been signed off on data, not on optimism.

    Exploration

    Geochemical sampling, trenching and shallow drilling across ground we hold under our own exploration licences. A target has to prove out on our data before it advances.

  2. 02

    Development

    Mine planning, community agreement, plant design and commissioning. This is the stage where most Nigerian projects stall, and the one we resource most heavily.

  3. 03

    Production

    Steady-state extraction and processing against a published capacity target, with production, grade and cost reported quarterly to project partners.
