Careers

Build a mining company worth working for.

Geologists, plant engineers, HSE leads, logistics and trade specialists. We hire people who want the whole picture, not a narrow slot.

Why here

What you actually get from working with us.

Mining is a demanding industry to work in, and most of the perks people advertise do not survive contact with a site. These four do.

The whole picture

You will see a mineral from the ground to the bill of lading. Very few operators in the country can offer that, because very few of them hold the whole chain.

Real responsibility

Our sites are run by small teams with genuine authority. Nobody here is waiting three weeks for a head-office decision about their own plant.

Safety that is not a poster

PPE, inductions, inspections and exposure monitoring are funded and enforced. Stop-work authority sits with the person nearest the hazard.

Local first

We hire from our host communities by default and train rather than import. Progression is on capability, not on where you started.

Open roles

Applications are read by the function that will manage the role, not by a screening service.
