From a single licensed site to an integrated exploration-to-export operation, our discipline has stayed the same: mine responsibly, process to a grade the world market respects, and keep our word to partners and host communities alike.
The temptation in this industry is always to move faster than the ground allows: to sell ore you have not assayed, to promise tonnage you have not proven, to sign a community agreement after the equipment has already arrived. Every one of those shortcuts costs more than it saves, and most of them cost somebody else more than they cost the operator.
We have built the company so that the person answering a buyer's question is the same company that dug the material out of the ground. That is a harder business to run. It is a far easier one to trust.
